Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build job descriptions, and develop sourcing strategies
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels and internal referrals to build high-quality candidate pipelines
• Drive the offer process to ensure successful candidate onboarding
• Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data integrity and transparent reporting
• Act as a culture champion and gatekeeper for Faire's core values
• Help build an inclusive and diverse team environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience in a tech start-up environment is preferred
• Data-driven approach to recruiting and experience managing campaigns
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proactive problem-solver with a passion for recruiting and candidate experience
