About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for a range of Engineering and technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate talent expectations, and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
- Source, screen, and advance candidates aligned to both technical requirements and company culture.
- Lead offer development and negotiations, ensuring alignment to internal equity and market data.
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders, influencing hiring decisions through data and market insights.
- Deliver a high-quality, consistent candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends and improve workflows.
- Leverage Workday ATS and sourcing platforms to manage pipelines and recruiting activity.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting Engineering, IT, or technical functions.
- Proven experience partnering with hiring managers on recruiting strategy and execution.
- Strong sourcing skills across both active and passive candidate markets.
- Proficiency with Workday ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or SeekOut.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work onsite at our corporate headquarters in Brookfield, WI (relocation required).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience recruiting in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and recruiting best practices.
- Experience supporting highly specialized technical talent pipelines.
