About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for a range of Engineering and technical roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate talent expectations, and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
  • Source, screen, and advance candidates aligned to both technical requirements and company culture.
  • Lead offer development and negotiations, ensuring alignment to internal equity and market data.
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders, influencing hiring decisions through data and market insights.
  • Deliver a high-quality, consistent candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends and improve workflows.
  • Leverage Workday ATS and sourcing platforms to manage pipelines and recruiting activity.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting Engineering, IT, or technical functions.
  • Proven experience partnering with hiring managers on recruiting strategy and execution.
  • Strong sourcing skills across both active and passive candidate markets.
  • Proficiency with Workday ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or SeekOut.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work onsite at our corporate headquarters in Brookfield, WI (relocation required).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience recruiting in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and recruiting best practices.
  • Experience supporting highly specialized technical talent pipelines.
