About the Company

Endex is on a mission to bridge the present to the inevitable by building the most sophisticated digital coworker native in Excel. We are working on the frontier of agentic development and applied finance, backed by OpenAI.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing engineering candidates
• Build and maintain pipelines with top universities and programs
• Act as a brand ambassador to sell the Endex story to exceptional talent
• Design hiring infrastructure including systems, scorecards, and take-home assignments
• Partner with the CEO and hiring managers to define role requirements and team needs
• Track recruiting metrics and optimize processes to reduce time-to-hire

• Strong pattern recognition for identifying exceptional talent
• Ability to communicate a compelling company mission and product story
• Resourceful approach to pipeline building and networking
• Systematic thinking for building repeatable hiring processes
• Strong execution skills to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting at an early-stage startup
• Familiarity with finance, fintech, or AI industries
• Existing relationships with recruiting programs and talent networks
• Experience building recruiting infrastructure from scratch
