Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of the recruiting process across technical and non-technical roles
• Collaborate with leaders to understand hiring objectives and ideal candidate profiles
• Build a strong candidate pipeline using LinkedIn and other sourcing strategies
• Identify, prescreen, and evaluate passive and active candidates
• Hold intake meetings with interviewers to ensure a high-quality candidate experience
• Maintain the ATS to ensure effective reporting and a data-driven approach
• Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies
• Plan campus and lateral recruiting events, career fairs, and meetups

Requirements

• 1-8 years of experience as a full-cycle Recruiter
• Experience working at a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to engage high-caliber candidates across multiple business functions
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
• High EQ and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work in person at the office 4-5 days a week
