Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, operational, business, and leadership roles
• Recruit for complex positions in hardware, aerospace, embedded systems, robotics, manufacturing, AI, and autonomy
• Build proactive talent pipelines through research, networking, and unconventional sourcing strategies
• Use AI tools, automation, and creative workflows to improve recruiting speed and quality
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate talent, assess candidates, and make strong hiring decisions
• Improve recruiting operations, processes, and workflows as the company scales

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in engineering-heavy environments
• Strong understanding of technical hiring across hardware, aerospace, robotics, or AI
• Proven ability to proactively source and engage high-quality talent through talent mapping
• Proficiency with AI recruiting tools and modern recruiting workflows
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments
