Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned focus areas including Engineering, Go-to-Market, or Finance
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and calibrate candidate profiles
• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates
• Use AI-powered sourcing and screening tools to surface talent
• Support offer strategy and closing, including communicating equity and RSU value
• Run structured interview processes to ensure rigor, fairness, and speed
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain clean data hygiene in Ashby ATS
• Track funnel metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline health

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Specialized focus in Engineering, GTM/Sales, or Finance/Strategic Finance
• Strong sourcing skills and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing decisions with data
• High attention to detail and clean ATS documentation skills
• Comfort with compensation conversations and equity-based offers
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Startup or high-growth company experience preferred
