About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level to senior roles across the U.S., Canada, London, Poland, and the Philippines
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create targeted sourcing strategies
- Coordinate every stage of the recruiting process from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding
- Leverage market data and recruiting analytics to advise leaders on trends and compensation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth coordination across open roles and approvals
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle global recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS or technology
- Proven track record of hiring mid-senior level talent across multiple departments
- Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools
- Ability to use AI tools to optimize sourcing, screening, and communications
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders
- Practical understanding of embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion into the recruiting process
