Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Screen applicants and conduct interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for both operational and professional positions
• Design and execute mass recruitment campaigns for high-volume operational roles
• Build and maintain a proactive pipeline for high-turnover profiles
• Establish and activate staffing agencies and technical training centers
• Develop early-stage retention strategies to reduce first 90-day turnover
• Monitor and analyze turnover metrics to adjust sourcing strategies
• Manage external staffing vendors and negotiate SLAs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• Experience with high-volume recruitment of industrial profiles (welders, forklift operators, etc.)
• Working knowledge of Mexican labor laws and hiring practices
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and walk through production areas
