Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle, end-to-end hourly recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
• Serve as a talent advisor to hiring managers and local HR teams, providing guidance on recruiting best practices and hiring laws.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through relationships with professional organizations, local schools, and trade groups.
• Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence to ensure alignment with global recruiting standards.
• Utilize recruiting tools and HRIS platforms to manage candidate workflows and maintain data accuracy.
• Research and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for multiple manufacturing sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of professional recruiting experience.
• Proven success in high-volume recruiting and sourcing talent.
• Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools.
• Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders through facts and best practices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels of an organization.
• Willingness and ability to travel to key Copeland sites within the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience using Workday.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment specifically for multiple manufacturing sites.
