Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline by attending job fairs, career events, and networking activities.
• Source candidates through social media, job boards, community outreach, and local educational institutions.
• Develop relationships with local staffing agencies, career centers, and industry groups.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, including scheduling, communication, and job offers.
• Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, interview volume, and offer rates.
• Handle pre-employment activities including background checks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, specifically with a focus on field or in-person recruitment.
• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment law.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience building relationships with external community partners and local organizations.
