Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and virtual interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for open roles.
• Source candidates through various channels including social media, job portals, community outreach, and local universities.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and provide support throughout the interview process.
• Manage job offers, background checks, and other pre-employment activities.
• Partner closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by attending job fairs, professional events, and networking activities.
• Establish relationships with local employment agencies and industry groups to expand recruitment opportunities.
• Track recruitment metrics such as interview volume, offers extended, and time-to-fill.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on large-scale onsite recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday.
• Strong organizational, time management, and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver's license and availability to travel for recruitment activities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
