Recruiter Consultant RPO

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment processes to support key client business needs
• Source and screen candidates using creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns
• Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline through social networks and industry communities
• Assess candidate competencies and skills to effectively match them with job opportunities
• Drive client satisfaction by delivering on recruitment commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience
• Act as a subject matter expert on local market dynamics and workforce management trends

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional recruiting experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills
• Ability to meet performance metrics and manage workload independently
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule (on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
