About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes to support key client business needs
- Source and screen candidates using creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns
- Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline through social networks and industry communities
- Assess candidate competencies and skills to effectively match them with job opportunities
- Drive client satisfaction by delivering on recruitment commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience
- Act as a subject matter expert on local market dynamics and workforce management trends
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional recruiting experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills
- Ability to meet performance metrics and manage workload independently
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule (on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
