About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekly strategy sessions and lunch meetings with candidates alongside the CEO
- Identify and engage potential candidates for outreach
- Own the first stage of the recruitment process, including CV screening
- Manage the Greenhouse ATS: renew and update job postings, optimize job descriptions, and ensure synchronization with FirstMind
- Report to senior recruitment and the CEO
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results
- UK work permit
- Natural ability to make people feel comfortable
- Ownership mindset: proactive and committed to following through
- Desire to learn, develop, and push yourself
- No prior experience required; training provided
