About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering and product leaders to identify, engage, and hire exceptional talent for Azure and AI platforms.
- Execute hiring plans within aligned business groups, balancing budget, scope, and timeframes.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract top-tier technical talent in competitive markets.
- Interpret business requirements to drive staffing processes that promote an optimal internal and external talent mix.
- Leverage data and market research to recommend and implement effective hiring plans.
- Maintain high candidate satisfaction by managing the relationship and experience throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure operational compliance with guidelines such as OFCCP and GDPR.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of talent acquisition experience (recruiting, sourcing, or HR).
- Proven experience in technical recruiting.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influence skills with the ability to partner with executive leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience.
- 1+ years of experience recruiting for cybersecurity or highly specialized technical roles.
- Master's Degree and 3+ years of talent acquisition experience.
