Recruiter, Cloud + AI

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering and product leaders to identify, engage, and hire exceptional talent for Azure and AI platforms.
• Execute hiring plans within aligned business groups, balancing budget, scope, and timeframes.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract top-tier technical talent in competitive markets.
• Interpret business requirements to drive staffing processes that promote an optimal internal and external talent mix.
• Leverage data and market research to recommend and implement effective hiring plans.
• Maintain high candidate satisfaction by managing the relationship and experience throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure operational compliance with guidelines such as OFCCP and GDPR.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of talent acquisition experience (recruiting, sourcing, or HR).
• Proven experience in technical recruiting.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influence skills with the ability to partner with executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• 1+ years of experience recruiting for cybersecurity or highly specialized technical roles.
• Master's Degree and 3+ years of talent acquisition experience.
