About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactive headhunting and direct sourcing of passive candidates through market mapping and outreach
- Autonomous management of multiple concurrent searches and competing priorities
- Full-cycle recruitment for local and international vacancies including posting, screening, and interviewing
- Coordination with HR Administration for smooth onboarding transitions
- Ensuring compliance with CIMMYT policies, GEYSI standards, and data protection requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 4–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in international or research environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitments with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and advisory skills for multicultural teams
- Experience with recruitment systems, KPI tracking, and sourcing analytics
- Advanced English proficiency (C1)
