Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Proactive headhunting and direct sourcing of passive candidates through market mapping and outreach
• Autonomous management of multiple concurrent searches and competing priorities
• Full-cycle recruitment for local and international vacancies including posting, screening, and interviewing
• Coordination with HR Administration for smooth onboarding transitions
• Ensuring compliance with CIMMYT policies, GEYSI standards, and data protection requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• 4–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in international or research environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitments with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and advisory skills for multicultural teams
• Experience with recruitment systems, KPI tracking, and sourcing analytics
• Advanced English proficiency (C1)
