About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform proactive headhunting and direct sourcing to identify and engage passive candidates through market mapping and targeted outreach.
  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle for local and international vacancies, including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Deliver autonomous recruitment services by managing multiple concurrent searches and setting priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Liaise with HR Administration to ensure a smooth onboarding transition for all new hires.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes comply with CIMMYT policies, GEYSI standards, and data protection requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of professional recruitment experience, ideally within an international or research-oriented environment.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
  • Proven experience using recruitment systems, tracking KPIs, and utilizing sourcing analytics.
  • Strong communication and advisory skills with the ability to work effectively within multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
