Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for warehouse, operations, logistics, or pharmacy talent
• Conduct a large volume of daily phone screens and candidate engagement activities
• Source candidates using Boolean search, resume databases, and social media platforms
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine position specifications and provide market data
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and manage the interview process from screening to offer
• Maintain regular reporting of recruiting metrics and activities to stakeholders
• Ensure strict adherence to all compliance standards, including OFCCP regulations

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques for sourcing talent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, or pharmacy roles
• Familiarity with BrassRing ATS
• Experience managing high-volume hiring targets (e.g., 50-60 hires per month)
