Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial job scope meetings to offer negotiation and acceptance.
• Source high-quality candidates using Boolean search, resume databases, and social media platforms.
• Partner with hiring leaders to provide market data, consultative expertise, and regular status updates.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and conduct phone interviews to ensure alignment with position requirements.
• Maintain continuous talent pipelines and provide accurate reporting on recruiting metrics and activities.
• Ensure strict adherence to all compliance standards, including OFCCP regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques for effective candidate sourcing.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically Brassring.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• High school diploma required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting for niche or hard-to-fill roles, such as Maintenance Technicians.
• Experience in Healthcare or Pharmacist recruiting.
