Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth, positive candidate experience
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role competencies and requirements
• Utilize creative sourcing methods to access a wide array of talent pools
• Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers regarding market trends and hiring best practices
• Proactively build talent pipelines for future hiring needs by engaging passive candidates

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated success in proactive and creative sourcing strategies
• Track record of partnering with C-level executives in high-growth tech startups
• Strong understanding of the enterprise tech industry competitive landscape
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
