- Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers regarding market trends and hiring best practices
- Proactively build talent pipelines for future hiring needs by engaging passive candidates
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated success in proactive and creative sourcing strategies
- Track record of partnering with C-level executives in high-growth tech startups
- Strong understanding of the enterprise tech industry competitive landscape
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
