Responsibilities

• Source for all CRO roles including clinical, biometric, and administrative positions
• Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks for sourcing
• Develop strategies to attract qualified candidates and build a pipeline of clinical talent
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Assess candidate performance and culture fit
• Develop and nurture relationships with potential candidates to ensure engagement
• Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a positive experience
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate quality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3 to 6 years of experience in CRO recruitment preferred
• Strong understanding of clinical roles and requirements
• Extensive network of clinical research professionals
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a changing environment
