About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, running debriefs, negotiating offers, and HR handoff
  • Partner with executives and hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and provide insights on market trends
  • Evaluate technical and non-technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with the company mission
  • Lead strategic initiatives to improve talent acquisition, including diversity hiring and employer branding
  • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of high-caliber candidates for immediate and future needs
  • Leverage data to track and report key recruitment metrics to ensure hiring targets are met
  • Collaborate with the People Operations team to support talent planning and onboarding

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proven track record of hiring for technical, non-technical, and leadership roles
  • Expert knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruiting tools, and hiring best practices
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Ashby, and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Deep understanding of startup equity and the ability to communicate total compensation including stock options
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to operate autonomously and manage multiple priorities
