Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across content, production, operations, and corporate roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define role success and requirements
• Proactively source candidates from creative, operational, and non-traditional backgrounds
• Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers with market insights
• Improve recruiting processes, interview structures, and tools for scale
• Build pipelines for roles blending creativity, execution, and leadership

Requirements

• 4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience in media, entertainment, tech, or high-growth startups
• Proven track record of hiring high performers in fast-moving environments
• Exceptional sourcing skills and ability to work with ambiguity
• Deep interest in creators, content, and internet culture
