At Auror, we’re empowering the retail industry to tackle theft and Organised Retail Crime, a $150 Billion problem globally. We are connecting people and intelligence to reduce crime using technology for good, with an ambitious mission to reduce violent retail crime by 50% in 5 years.

Responsibilities

  • Run end-to-end recruiting from intake through to offer
  • Act as a thought partner to hiring managers for GTM roles (sales, marketing, customer success)
  • Build diverse talent pipelines and advocate for inclusive hiring practices
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity within the Ashby ATS
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate transition
  • Contribute to talent projects including EVP development and recruiting events

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of end-to-end recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for GTM functions (sales, marketing, customer success)
  • High agency and ability to work with ambiguity
  • Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills
  • Startup or tech industry background preferred
  • Experience with Ashby ATS is a bonus
