Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment to attract and hire qualified candidates for Education Services and other departments
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Proactively source and engage diverse talent pipelines through various channels and job boards
• Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and provide hiring recommendations
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through the hiring process
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Greenhouse applicant tracking system
• Contribute to the development of the employer brand by showcasing company values and culture

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to pass a satisfactory background check
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within the healthcare, education, or human services sectors
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
