Responsibilities

• Partner with third-party recruiters to source qualified candidates for residential construction roles
• Create community partnerships with trade schools, colleges, and resource centers to support long-term pipelines
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics
• Coordinate communication between third-party recruiters and internal stakeholders
• Oversee interview scheduling and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a positive experience
• Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction or engineering
• Proficiency with Lever ATS and NetSuite HR software
• Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with third-party recruiters or staffing agencies
• Knowledge of residential construction industry roles
• HR or recruitment certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS)
