Responsibilities
- Partner with third-party recruiters to source qualified candidates for residential construction roles
- Create community partnerships with trade schools, colleges, and resource centers to support long-term pipelines
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics
- Coordinate communication between third-party recruiters and internal stakeholders
- Oversee interview scheduling and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a positive experience
- Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction or engineering
- Proficiency with Lever ATS and NetSuite HR software
- Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with third-party recruiters or staffing agencies
- Knowledge of residential construction industry roles
- HR or recruitment certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS)
