Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles and teams, ensuring an efficient and consistent process
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, outreach, referrals, and events
• Conduct structured and thoughtful screens to assess skills, communication, and alignment with Arch’s culture and values
• Coordinate interviews and manage communication to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers to align on requirements, candidate profiles, and decision-making frameworks
• Track pipeline health and recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
• Support process documentation and scaling efforts as the recruiting function grows
• Contribute to employer brand initiatives and community engagement

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced or dynamic environment
• Experience supporting technical hiring (e.g., engineering, data, or technical-adjacent roles)
• Strong organization and follow-through with ability to manage multiple searches
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong judgment in evaluating both skills and potential
• Proactive, resourceful, and energized by sourcing and pipeline building
• Attention to detail and commitment to candidate experience
