Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
• Develop and post job descriptions across various recruiting channels
• Source candidates using online platforms, networking, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely updates to candidates
• Manage candidate experience and facilitate the onboarding process
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve processes
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruiting best practices
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business or a related field
• Experience recruiting in the automotive or trucking industry
• High-volume recruiting experience
• Experience with Smartrecruiters
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
