About the role
Responsibilities
- Organize events at both camps
- Organize activities at Baker Lake (Inuit community)
- Plan events including equipment, schedules, and volunteers
- Supervise volunteers working at the bazaar
- Create schedules for bazaar volunteers
- Manage volunteers during events and at the bazaar store
- Manage inventory of barges and related orders
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of event management experience
- Experience in a remote work environment (asset)
- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Administrative experience
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
