Recreation Services Attendant

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and maintain a friendly and helpful attitude
• Ensure safe operation of on-mountain activities and explain regulations
• Assist guests with equipment fit and proper use
• Provide information about the resort, activities, and surrounding area
• Set up, operate, and break down work areas
• Inspect equipment, tracks, rides, or courses daily
• Report guest concerns to supervisors in a timely manner
• Check tickets and record attendance, sales, and reservations
• Collect and handle ski/snowboard equipment

Requirements

• Proficient experience in the guest service industry
• Ability to work in wet, cold, or hot conditions
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods on uneven surfaces

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in mountain recreation or similar activities
• High School diploma or equivalent
