Casa Esperanza, Inc. is a bilingual/bicultural behavioral health treatment provider serving Boston and the Merrimack Valley. Their mission is to empower individuals and families to recover from addiction, trauma, mental illness, and other chronic medical conditions through comprehensive, integrated care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities and ensure resident safety and security
• Staff the front desk, answer phones, and manage daily client schedules
• Implement safety requirements including fire drills, evacuations, and alarm monitoring
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and facilitate groups
• Monitor client medication use and maintain accurate medication logs
• Conduct regular facility walkthroughs and secure potentially dangerous items
• Coordinate scheduled client activities and refer clients to appropriate support staff

Requirements

• English/Spanish bilingual fluency required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License
• CPR Certification
• SERV Safe Certification or ability to obtain upon hire
• Knowledge of addiction recovery process or willingness to learn
• Ability to meet physical requirements including walking, stooping, and lifting up to 20 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Recovery Specialist in a residential program
• Bicultural background
• Experience working in a front desk capacity
• Minimum of two years in recovery, if applicable
