Recovery Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day program activities and ensure resident safety and security
• Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and managing client schedules
• Provide crisis intervention, medication monitoring, and facilitate client groups

Requirements

• English/Spanish bilingual fluency required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recovery Specialist or House Manager
• Counseling and Substance Abuse training
• CPR and ServSafe certifications
