Recovery Operator III

Responsibilities

• Add or mix chemicals and ingredients for processing using hand tools or other devices
• Clean and maintain equipment in a safe and orderly condition
• Collect material or product samples for laboratory testing
• Monitor production and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Operate mixing or blending machines, open valves, and start pumps to transfer mixtures
• Follow all established safety procedures, including equipment-specific lockouts
• Adhere to ADM and OSHA safety regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and Quality Assurance (QA) specifications
• Transfer materials, supplies, and products between work areas using moving equipment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Qualification at Recovery Operator I or II level
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Forklift driving ability
• Computer literacy (keyboarding and mouse use)
• Experience working in an industrial environment
