Recovery Coach

Responsibilities

• Support clients in developing autonomy, self-advocacy skills, and personal recovery methods for mental health and substance use
• Collaborate with staff to ensure client perspectives, preferences, and choices are consistently recognized and integrated into care
• Provide guidance, advocacy, and education throughout the recovery process
• Promote hope and empowerment through regular support and recovery-focused meetings
• Participate in creating person-centered treatment plans and assist individuals in identifying recovery goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with adults with substance use disorders
• Valid Massachusetts drivers license
