Recovery Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support the handling and administration of returned and transferred products to minimize loss
• Perform IT data entry to document returned products into appropriate bins
• Repack goods for Back-To-Stock (BTS) and maximize financial recovery
• Assemble products for store themes and the As-Is shop
• Assist in sourcing replacement or missing parts for exchanges and returns
• Handle quality claims for furniture and follow strict scrapping procedures
• Print and apply As-Is price tags to furniture

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or 1 year of relevant working experience (retail preferred)
• Confident in approaching and communicating with people
• Enthusiastic about teamwork and collaborative environments
• Ability to prioritize and organize work efficiently
• Strong personal discipline
