About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and development of customer solutions focusing on IT/IP, cloud, VNFs, and CNFs
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex, multi-domain issues affecting customer networks and services
  • Collaborate with customers, delivery organizations, and technical experts to document recovery strategies
  • Contribute to the definition of hardware, software, database, and virtual infrastructure requirements
  • Assist in implementation, testing, system integration, and service recovery activities
  • Leverage technical documentation and industry best practices to develop scalable solutions

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of Linux Operating Systems
  • Knowledge of IP Networking and Databases
  • Familiarity with Virtualization and Cloud Technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation, logs, and system outputs
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory for global collaboration
  • Experience level: Recent graduate or early-career professional (up to 2 years of experience)
