Recovery Advisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure student re-enrollment compliance through micro-tracking of assigned databases
• Act as an expert on current student benefits and enablers
• Support strategic actions for lead generation and interest building
• Deploy digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement
• Serve as the primary liaison between recovered students and various campuses
• Respond to inquiries from national campuses in a timely and professional manner
• Handle special recovery cases and collaborate with EOF specialists to meet enrollment commitments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in intangible sales
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong and effective communication skills
