About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of Records Management (RM) and Document Control (DC) programs to ensure compliance with company, DOE, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership and direction to team members, including task assignment, performance evaluation, and professional development.
- Manage the use and maintenance of company records within the Integrated Document Management System (IDMS).
- Assist internal customers and record producers in defining processes, determining classification levels, and validating record material.
- Perform core RM functions including records acceptance, verification, indexing, media conversion, and retrieval.
- Prepare Records Inventory and Disposition Schedules (RIDS) and manage the transfer of records to authorized storage.
- Develop reports, analysis, and metrics from various Navarro-ATL and Hanford Site databases.
- Collaborate with other Hanford contractors on records-related topics and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related discipline.
- 10 years of related work experience in records management or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- US citizenship is required due to government contract and clearance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Nationally recognized Records or Archivist Certification.
- Extensive experience working with Electronic Records databases.
