About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage data collection, production, reporting, and delivery for Registration, Admission, Academic Records, and Graduation
  • Troubleshoot and manage cross-functional responsibilities for the Registrar’s and Admissions offices
  • Perform critical data tasks across multiple campus locations
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of data entry procedures and process creation

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in collecting, scheduling, processing, and reporting information in a data processing environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with student database systems (specifically Banner)
  • Experience in higher education or Student Affairs data functions
  • Extensive knowledge of Registrar and Admissions processing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with staff cross-functionally
