About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage data collection, production, reporting, and delivery for Registration, Admission, Academic Records, and Graduation
- Troubleshoot and manage cross-functional responsibilities for the Registrar’s and Admissions offices
- Perform critical data tasks across multiple campus locations
- Plan, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of data entry procedures and process creation
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Experience in collecting, scheduling, processing, and reporting information in a data processing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with student database systems (specifically Banner)
- Experience in higher education or Student Affairs data functions
- Extensive knowledge of Registrar and Admissions processing
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with staff cross-functionally
