Record to Report - Subject Matter Expert

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Blackline and Oracle General Ledger to support operational activities and standardization efforts.
• Manage operational Record to Report activities, including volumetrics, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and open items.
• Drive continuous process and system improvements within the Record to Report domain.
• Own specific sub-processes and interact with Controllership, Global Process Owners, and Corporate Operations teams.
• Support the transition to Record to Report Operations through process harmonization and standardization.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant, ACCA, or MBA with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Strong knowledge of all-round finance processes, including process design and implementation.
• Advanced Excel and Power Query skills.
• Experience with financial systems, specifically General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) modules (Oracle experience is highly preferred).
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders at various levels and work effectively in a global virtual environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
