Record To Report Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide business unit general accounting and internal control support in line with IFRS
• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain balance sheet accounts
• Complete month-end closing transactions and ensure general ledger and trial balance reconciliations
• Manage completeness and accuracy of general ledger, inventory, fixed assets, intercompany accounts, and treasury transactions
• Create and maintain standard GL, FA, INV, and Intercompany Transaction reports
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with applicable rules, policies, and procedures
• Identify and present solutions for process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in General Ledger (GL)
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and general accounting processes
• Proficiency in Fixed Assets (FA), Inventory (INV), and Intercompany transactions
• Excellent command of English
• Strong analytical and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification
• At least 2 years in a senior accountant role
• Understanding of internal control elements
• Experience interfacing with business customers on reporting requirements
• Knowledge of Oracle General Ledger
