Record to Report Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Ensure balance sheet integrity and strong financial control
• Oversee complex accounting areas and provide technical guidance (IFRS/UK GAAP)
• Manage intercompany, reporting, and statutory accounts
• Act as a key contact for audit and senior finance stakeholders
• Coach and develop a high-performing R2R team
• Drive process improvement, standardisation, and automation initiatives

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Significant experience in Record-to-Report, Financial Accounting or Controllership
• Strong technical accounting knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP
• Experience in multi-entity or group accounting environments
• Demonstrated ownership of month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations
• Experience supervising junior finance colleagues
• Proficiency with SAP or S4 HANA preferred
