About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policies
- Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support decision-making processes
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and ad hoc analysis for management and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the record to report cycle
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2 to 5 years of experience in financial statement reporting and preparing accounting journals
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity

- CPA or other relevant professional certifications
