Record to Report Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policies
• Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support decision-making processes
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and ad hoc analysis for management and stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the record to report cycle
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2 to 5 years of experience in financial statement reporting and preparing accounting journals
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software systems
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or other relevant professional certifications
