Record to Report Accounting Junior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day General Ledger (GL) operations, including bank and account reconciliations
• Receive, review, and post journal entries from local teams and other BSC towers
• Analyze account reconciliations and maintain organized financial records
• Prepare and update Desktop Procedures and capacity files regularly
• Identify process improvement opportunities to trigger new automation projects
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and local entities

Requirements

• 3rd or 4th year student majoring in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Knowledge of financial analysis and statistics
• Digital mindset focused on systems automation and connectivity
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency
• Proficiency in Google Suite

• Continuous improvement mindset for process optimization
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
