About the role

Responsibilities

  • Process requests for health information in various media formats
  • Protect patient healthcare information according to departmental and organizational standards
  • Manage information requests within RMS, including tracking status and following up on pending items
  • Perform work in order of request date, identifying priority requests and reporting barriers to completion
  • Utilize reference tools and systems to ensure standardization and quality in all processes
  • Maintain a database of boxed storage files for retrieval, destruction notices, and billing purposes
