About the role
Responsibilities
- Process requests for health information in various media formats
- Protect patient healthcare information according to departmental and organizational standards
- Manage information requests within RMS, including tracking status and following up on pending items
- Perform work in order of request date, identifying priority requests and reporting barriers to completion
- Utilize reference tools and systems to ensure standardization and quality in all processes
- Maintain a database of boxed storage files for retrieval, destruction notices, and billing purposes
