Reconstruction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage 5–10 active reconstruction projects simultaneously
• Coordinate residential, commercial, and large-loss reconstruction projects
• Schedule and manage subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and profitability
• Ensure projects stay on track from contract through completion
• Review and revise estimates when project conditions change
• Conduct site visits and maintain quality standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners and commercial clients
• Communicate proactively regarding timelines, expectations, and project updates
• Maintain accurate project documentation and job records
• Collaborate with estimators, office staff, field teams, and subcontractors

Requirements

• Construction project management experience
• Residential or commercial construction background
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to review and understand construction estimates
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Restoration and insurance reconstruction experience
• Spanish-speaking ability

• Base Salary: $55,000–$70,000 with Quarterly Performance Bonus ($80,000-$100,000 OTE)
