Reconstruction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage project costs and adhere to predetermined budgets
• Manage subcontractor relationships, recruitment, and service delivery
• Manage in-house trade staff and material/resource vendors
• Ensure quality control and work site safety
• Manage production schedules, timelines, and project funds collection
• Manage customer and tenant relations
• Participate in a 24-hour on-call rotation (one week every 6 weeks)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of related experience
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Docs, and mobile platforms
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in high-paced and stressful environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience managing repair projects in the insurance restoration industry
• IICRC certifications in Water, Fire, and Mold restoration
• Project Management related certifications or training
