Reconstruction Foreman/Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager with daily job site needs and coordination
• Pick up and deliver materials to active job sites
• Complete punch list items, touch-ups, and light carpentry work including baseboards, trim, and minor repairs
• Conduct site visits and gather project information for the PM
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of subcontractors or temporary labor crews
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, customers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Document job progress through photos, notes, and communication with the PM
• Assist with final walkthroughs and project closeout items

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on construction experience
• Experience with residential reconstruction, remodeling, punch work, or light carpentry
• Ability to complete basic finish work including trim and baseboards
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset
