Reconciliations Officer

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain General Ledger reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation variances and transactional discrepancies
• Process routine financial transactions, including month-end journals
• Assist with year-end reconciliations and supporting documentation
• Support the Treasury team with transaction processing and bank uploads
• Upload and reconcile bank statements within SAP and related systems
• Respond to internal queries and provide accurate financial information
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within finance processes
• Manage competing priorities to meet deadlines and reporting requirements

Requirements

• Experience in a reconciliation-focused or transactional finance role
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Ability to analyse discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently
• Experience using SAP or similar financial systems
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency
