Reconciliation Manager, Senior

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and Value Reconciliation programs, including data collection, analysis, and submission to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
• Lead the preparation and filing of reconciliation entries and Post Summary Corrections (PSC) under 19 U.S.C. §1520(d).
• Analyze FTA eligibility and valuation data, reviewing certificates of origin, bills of material, and assists to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to gather required documentation and ensure audit readiness.
• Oversee post-filing activities, including tracking liquidations, payments, refunds, and resolving discrepancies with CBP.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and compliance documentation.
• Manage a team of 20+ employees, including hiring, performance evaluations, task assignment, and training.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure program accuracy and timely filings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of FTA and Value Reconciliation experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically with strong Excel, Access, and/or Power BI skills.
• Valid Passport and willingness to travel occasionally to other office locations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) designation is preferred.
