Recognition & Events Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary connection point between central and local teams to ensure alignment and insight sharing.
• Plan and deliver events and field rituals from initial concept through to execution and final reporting.
• Manage sourcing and logistics for gifts, incentives, and various local initiatives.
• Customize global recognition content to ensure relevance and readiness for the local Bulgarian market.
• Monitor and manage budgets, identifying opportunities to improve both efficiency and impact.
• Track the success of initiatives through data analysis and feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in events, engagement, or recognition programs, ideally in a commercial or sales-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across local and global teams.
• Strong budget management and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using data to measure impact and improve performance.
• A creative mindset and a proactive, collaborative approach to creating motivating environments.
